IRT is located immediately south of the intersection of Union Boulevard and the 6th
Avenue Freeway (US Highway 6), approximately 8 miles west of downtown Denver.

The most direct route from Denver International Airport (DIA) is to proceed:
- From Peņa Boulevard west on Interstate Highway 70
- From the intersection with Interstate Highway 25, travel south on I-25 to the 6th Avenue
Freeway (US Highway 6)
- From the intersection with the 6th Avenue Freeway, travel west on 6 to the Simms/Union
Boulevard exit
- Travel south on Union Boulevard approximately 1 block to 300 Union (located on the
left/east side as you travel south on Union, immediately next to the Sheraton Hotel)
Hotels (ranging from economy to luxury) are within a five minute drive of the IRT
office. A Sheraton Hotel is immediately adjacent to the IRT office with extended stay
suite hotels, and apartments nearby. Click on the following links to see details on

you, if you prefer to make your own arrangements.

Denver is located near the center of the state of Colorado where the great plains meet
the Rocky Mountains. The area is widely known for its scenic beauty and year-round outdoor
activities. IRT will gladly assist visitors in planning weekend diversions to accompany
your weeklong working or meeting sessions.
